Our moulded EPS T Dec panels are used in modern flooring systems in conjunction with pre-stressed concrete floor beams to meet new Building Regulations to Part L, that came into effect in April 2006. Concrete floors can provide a good source of thermal mass in all types of dwelling, providing the insulating layer is located below the slab.These floors can then achieve U values of less than 0.20 W/m2K

The insulation value of EPS is more than twice times better than that of even the most efficient lightweight thermal block and the T Dec Panels have been designed in order to both minimise cold bridging and afford simple and rapid installation.
