Since developing its unique GDeck beam and block insulated flooring system, Moulded Foams have future proofed GDeck to surpass the current Part L Building Regulations and Future Homes Standard and indeed form an integral part of the housing fabric in Passivhaus design, on our journey to net zero carbon emissions.

A Passivhaus ground floor generally demands a target U value better than 0.10m²K and Moulded Foams manufacture their GT09 ( 0.09w/m²K) system from two plants in the UK that generate 50% of their current electricity use from solar panels.
